Windflower Ceremonies

Windflower Ceremonies is founded by Jackie Baker, a life-cycle celebrant who believes in the importance of ritual in human connection. She creates one-of-a-kind ceremonies across the life cycle from a place of honour, creativity, and story-telling. Based in the Canadian Rockies, ceremonies held intimately and naturally in the deep outdoors are her bread and butter.

Jackie wanted a branding experience that makes her target audience feel soulfully nourished when they interacted with the brand. From brand strategy to design build out, we worked together to create an identity that is authentic, warm, earthy and energetic. Incorporating the windflower (the common name for the genus anemone) was key for the client as it is a wildflower located in her geographic location, it has ties to her mother, and can represent the cyclicality of nature and life. This creative direction worked perfectly for representing her services and her values.
